Oreo cake

This is not the first recipe published having Oreo cookies between their ingredients, before the chocolate truffles and Oreo cream caramel were published; but it’s been a while since I started to think about an Oreo cake, and finally I’ve tested with a really nice result. Hope you enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 2 Oreo blisters (a total of about 300 gr of cookies)
- 3 eggs
- 100 gr sugar
- 150 gr flour
- 1 baking powder envelope
- ½ litre milk
- 250 gr Mascarpone cheese
Start bashing the oreo blister so later will be easier to crush the cookies, press the cookies with your hands until all them are crushed. Add ½ litre of milk, 250 gr of Mascarpone cheese, 3 eggs, 100 gr of sugar through a colandor, 150 gr of flour also through a colandor and finally a baking powder envelope. Whisk it until it’s well mixed.
Add a bit of vegetable oil in a mold, paint the mold with a brush covering well the base and the walls. Add the mix to the mold and cook in the oven at 350º F (180º C) for 40 minutes. To check if it is already cooked insert a toothpick, if you extract it and it’s clean then your cake is ready. Let rest for some hours, and enjoy.
Chocolate and coconut

Laura show me this nice recipe some time ago, it can be a nice surprise to your guests, or just to offer your work’s colleagues for your birthday … any excuse is valid.
Ingredients:
- 250 gr of Philadelphia cheese
- 1 milk chocolate tablet
- 1 packet Oreo cookies
- Chocolate sticks
- Grated coconut
Put the oreo cookies on a bag and bang it so the cookies get crashed in small pieces.
Add the crashed oreo cookies on a bowl, 250 gr of Philadelphia cheese and the milk chocolate tablet previously melted in a microwave or using bain-marie. Mix it with your hands but being careful to touch the chocolate at last because it will be hot. Let the mix rest at the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
Use your hands to make small balls, and then batter the ball in chocolate sticks or with grated coconut. Put them on a fridge and let them rest for at least 1 hour.
Oreo creme caramel
Some days ago I tried to cook a cookie creme caramel, but the result was not good enough to publish it, I didn’t use enough milk and the texture was not appropiate, I was ready to repeat it correcting the quantity of milk and my brother came up with a suggestion: use oreo cookies instead of regular cookies, now you have the result.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- ¼ litre of milk
- vanilla extract
- 150 gr sugar
- 4 Oreo cookies
We will start grinding 4 oreo cookies in a mortar with the help of a pestle. On a bowl add 2 eggs, 100 gr of sugar through a coliander, like a spoon of vanilla extract, ¼ litre of milk, and whisk it. Add the already grinded Oreo cookies and whisk again.
To prepare the caramel put 50 gr of sugar in a hot pan, shutdown the fire when sugar gets melted. Put a bit of caramel in each mold, but be careful not touch them because they will be heating like hell; finally fulfill each mold with the mix.
The creme caramel is cooked using bain-marie, put water on a large pot, put the molds on and cook them for 1h 45min, check regularly there is still water and add more if needed.
