About

Hi,

Some time ago we started to run out a website in spanish, www.alosfogones.com. So far Oscar and me decided to try out what about having our recipes also published in english, and here we are.

All this stuff started in winter 2009, after preparing a dinner with some friends just to celebrate I was moving to my new home, Oscar commented out the pizza was really nice and after some talk about it we decided to start preparing cooking videos.

Oscar is the designer of logos, video structure, the original camera man and initial video editor. He is also graphic designer on her day to day professional duties.

I’m Agustin, I work in the IT industry as a consultant with no particular specialization, just being the guy in charge of build up a Citrix farm, work with Platespin, fight with Solaris virtualization, automate Jboss installations or travel to some destination with the stick “guru of something” on my front (even actually I still have not enough skills on it). I am the one cooking all the recipes you can find in the website, and right now I also edit the videos.

Our aim is to publish 2 recipes per week, which on fact are the same recipes done for our spanish web site. We hope you enjoy, learn from our recipes and give us some feedback about what do you think about them or how did they taste after you prepare them ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hey,

You should add Google AdSense to your website so you are making some money from it ๐Ÿ™‚

Plus, change the main page so it has LESS videos and posts on it — ie: just 4 or 5 videos on the main page and then set your site up so 4 or 5 more videos appear on the next page and the next and the next etc.

The more pages you have on your website, the more ‘clicks’ people have to do to get to other posts/videos and the more money you make on Google AdSense ๐Ÿ™‚

Hope that helps — and LOVE your videos so far. Just linked to one of them from my website — Seriously Spain. So hopefully you’ll get some views from that too ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks for the info, but right now there is not enough amount of traffic to justify Ads in the website ๐Ÿ™‚
